England, Scotland and Wales: Usually 3-7 business days* to mainland UK. We use a 2-person delivery service provided by our delivery partner ArrowXL. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you.

UK Islands: Up to 14 business days*. We use a 2-person delivery service provided by our delivery partner ArrowXL. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you.

Northern Ireland: Up to 14 business days*. We use a 2-person delivery service provided by our delivery partner ArrowXL. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you.

Lead times: All Jeep accessories are made to order and as such can take 15-20 working days to complete*

Important Shipping Information

Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the TentBox/Product itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.

Please don’t make any campsite bookings prior to arrival of your TentBox/confirmation of your Hire.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your TentBox order after a delivery date has been planned, you may incur a charge of up to £100. This will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the charges we face from our supplier when cancelling a delivery after it has already been loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

If you cancel your Jeep Accessories order more than 24hrs after being placed, you may incur a charge of up to 75% of the item cost. This will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the charges we face from our supplier when cancelling a manufacturing process after it has commenced.

Hire Terms
 

Roof tents weight up-to 55kg, you must have your own roof cross bars fitted to your car rated to a minimum of 60kg load capacity to hire. Roof racks with raised sides or a cage are not always compatible with our tents. If in doubt please get in touch with details before booking. 

Minimum standard 3 night hire when booking. For shorter hires please get in touch before booking and we will try to arrange a hire for you and give you a price. 

50% fee payable to secure your booking with remainder paid on collection.

Photo ID must be produced on collection, if you do not have ID we will not hire our equipment to you and your hire will not be refunded. We may take a picture of your ID or manually record your details. Driver's license or passport is preferred. 

We will charge a security deposit of £250, payable in cash or via debit card when you collect your hired equipment. This will be refunded when the equipment is returned subject to the following conditions: 

  • All equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as it was when collected.
  • All rips or stains, broken poles, missing/lost parts or any other damage deemed by us to be as a result of misuse or poor guardianship, either accidental or deliberate, will result in us retaining your security deposit in part or full. 
  • Where the tent is returned muddy or dirty inside or out, a cleaning fee of £60+vat will be retained from your security deposit.
  • Where the camp kitchen is returned dirty or not properly cleaned, a cleaning fee of £25 will be retained from your security deposit.
  • All equipment must be returned by the agreed time and date. If equipment is returned late a fee of £75 will be deducted from your security deposit. Hire extensions are often available and charged at the standard day rate for your overall rental period.
  • A fee of £60 per day will be incurred for every subsequent day if the tent is not returned and £15 per day for the camp kitchen. If this amount exceeds the value of the security deposit we will seek these fees via a third party agency. 
  • Assistance will be provided with the mounting of the tent but you remain responsible for the safety of your vehicle at all times. If your vehicle is over 2.2m tall, you will not receive assistance with your installation. Please contact us if this is the case.
  • Collection and drop off agreed on booking and available by appointment only.
  • We do not accept liability for damages to your property that may occur as a result of using this equipment or its mounting to your vehicle. Careful use of this equipment is required to avoid damages to your property with particular regard to window poles and tent ladder.
  • We do not accept liability for damages to your property or others as a result of your roof bars failing in transit or stationary. You must have roof bars securely fixed to your vehicle capable of taking a dynamic load of up to 60kg.
  • You must be an able bodied person to use our equipment and be confident and comfortable with climbing a ladder to access the tent. We do not accept liability for injuries that may occur as a result of using, operating, accessing or egressing our equipment. Access ladders must not be used whilst intoxicated. You will be given safe usage instructions on collection of the equipment.
  • Bookings will not be refunded if cancelled within three weeks of your hire start date. A full refund will be provided if cancelled before this period. We may retain a £35 admin fee for bookings.
  • We reserved the right to cancel at any time as a result of damage or theft of our roof tents previous to your hire or where we are otherwise unable to meet the expectations of the hire.  We will refund the full balance in this event and assist you with booking an alternative where able. We advise you have travel insurance in place in case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in us having to cancel your hire.
  • By making payment of a deposit you are agreeing that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions and this rental agreement.

Jeep Accessory Terms

All parts are non-returnable, expect in the case of a manufacturing fault, where you should contact us first. The buyer will be sent a return label to post the item. Damages on receipt back due to poor packaging will be charged to the buyer. Where no fault is found no refund will be offered. Refunds will be issued where a product is received in good condition following an agreed return. Postage and administration costs for the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Adventure Equipped takes no responsibility for the installation of the product and its use thereafter. Improper use may result in serious injury or death and the buyer/installer takes full responsibility for product safety once installed.  Guidance is given for installation - these will be printed or downloaded from this website, however even proper following of this guidance does not accept responsibility for product safety.
